Life can be very challenging, especially if you struggle with mental health issues along the way. I was diagnosed with clinical depression and ADHD 7 years ago. This was affecting my personal and professional life, my body, mind, and soul. When I started therapy, I began to slowly regain control over my life, and one of the most powerful tools I relied on - and still do- is journaling. I’ve experimented with different types of journals and planners throughout the years and finally found the best format for me 2 years ago. It has helped me tremendously finding myself and creating more balance and peace in my daily life.

This experience got me to creating the Cure Journal. The goal is to provide support, encouragement, and love to those who struggle with mental issues as I have for many years. The Cure Journal is a way to help me and you heal, cope, and overcome. Whether it’s lack of motivation, depression, or an eating disorder, you can find the journal that will best fit your needs.

The Cure Journals are designed to include various elements such as:
  • Tracking/Logging: These pages are set up as blank charts/tables/spreadsheets for the purpose of tracking certain behaviors, thoughts & emotions.
  • Reference sheets: These pages contain comprehensive lists such as emotions, thoughts, activities, etc.
  • Guided Writing: These pages contain questions, affirmations, reflections that you can write about
  • Encouragement: These sheets are designed to encourage, such as “15 ways to love your body,” and are not meant to be received as medical advice.
  • Information: These pages include ideas and explanations of certain concepts.
